Here is one made by TechOrbits. It has a very high customer review average and comes with a three year 500 cycle warranty. It's a little more expensive than some brands.

Normally I prefer the Anker brand. Although they have one which should be compatible as it works with the Inspiron 1525. They don't specifically mention the 1545 so I did not link to it. Anker also makes a 9-cell model for extended life. Techorbits has good reviews for other battery models as well. So I don't see any reason not to recommend them.
