How to get my contacts from a lost phone n deleted contacts

I lost my old phone. N some of the contacts in there was deleted. I have a new phome now how do i get those contacts back from the old phone that was deleted. Basically all i need is the contacts from that old number n the deleted ones. Somebody please help

You don't. They are gone when you lost the phone.
You could contact your service provider for you call history
