how to get past the google recovery part of my android phone

i reset my phone yesterday and now i cant get anywhere on my phone because its asking me for my google account and the one i been using wont let me do it. and i dont know how to get past this part,

You can't get past it without a google account. You will need to enter yours to access it otherwise you would have to create one from another device and then use it on this device.
