How to get pic of hard drive of broken phone

Phone has been ran over by a few cars.has no memory how to turn on and need photos out of hard drive.how or who can I see to do this

Remove the battery and connect it via USB to your PC. The USB power might be enough to stun it into life and with some luck, it may just offer up its files.

There are folks who can milk the chips for data recovey but they would charge a fortune. If the phone had a micro SdCard, you may find some files on that if it isn't cracked.
