How to get pictures from old phone without using old phone

I broke my iPod touch by accident and I want the pictures that were in that phone to my new phone but I can't use the iPod is there a possibility I can get my photos back just with my new phone and not my old phone

Try connecting the USB cable from the fone to a PC and see if you can access the folders to copy over the files.
