Solved! How to get printer back online

Hello,
I've right clicked the printer icon and clicked which lists use printer offline which I click and use printer online appears which I click, and I keep going back and forth and status under icon never says printer online. Is there something else I can try?

Try unplugging the printer for at least 30 seconds and see if that does the trick.
