How to get stable fps???

Hey! Please help me... i have acer predator gaming laptop with i5-6300HQ and geforce gtx 1060 6gb and 8gb of ram. I play overwatch and cs go mostly but my fps bounces all the time. In cs it goes somewhere 160fps to 30fps. Stutters somewhere between that. I allready checked my power settings and i use best performance. I am all out of things that i could try.. please help meeeee
