How to get the picture to stop flashing and stay on steady. I have sound.

Lg tv...I have sound and a flashing picture but cannot get the picture to quit flashing. Can this be fixed?

Does the TV do this on different sources?
Then it is the HDMI cable or the TV.
Does the TV do this with a different HDMI cable?
Then the TV is the problem.
Does the TV do this on all the HDMI inputs?
Use a different input if not. You can add an external HDMI input selector.
If it does it on all the HDMI inputs then replace the HDMI board in the TV if it has one.
