How to get to BIOS screen on Toshiba Satellite L655

I am trying to get to the BIOS screen to change my boot order but so far nothing works. F1-10 get me to different screens but none get me to the correct screen. I looked at the existing threads and the only one that showed how to get to the bios screen is no longer available.

Try Delete/ESC/F11/F12
