I HAVE A LAPTOP OF 2GB RAM AND MY DEDICATED VRAM IS 32MB can i increase it to 512MB IN ANY METHOD WITHOUT BUYING A NEW ONE..?

system ram can't be make to vram.
buy a new better laptop. better yet get a desktop so you can upgrade it

I assume that the OP's laptop has something like the Intel integrated graphics.

Still, without knowing the full specs of the system, it's hard to even make any kind of suggestions. Typically the integrated graphics will automatically adjust to what it needs, but, we'd need to know more.
