how to increase my internal video memory up to 6.5gb

I am using dell inspiring 7737 and I have 1.6 GB VIDEO CARD but I want 6.5 GB what should I do

Wait 10 years. Graphic cards with 4GB of video RAM have only recently been introduced. There are no cards with (and no way of manipulating cards to) 6.5GB of video memory. At best, you can add sufficient system memory to your system so that temporary allocation of system memory via TurboCache or HyperMemory will suffice and those are automatic based on your system.
