Bluetooth should already be installed on that device... Here are the specs... https://www.cnet.com/products/hp-probook-4530s/specs/

And if you go here.... https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/15290/windows-connect-bluetooth-device ... just select the Windows version you are using for how to set it up.
