How to iPhone unlock without showing last app open?

I have gotten myself into rather a predicament...Last time I was using it I was browsing through rather inappropriate content. The next time I have to open my iPhone is right in front of people who I do not wish to show this content to. How can I unlock my iPhone without it showing the site I was last on??

As soon as you log on to it, quickly double tap the home button and click on your app page....it will hide the app that you had open. Later, you can close the app when no one is around, by double tapping again on the home button and selecting the app and then swiping up to close it.

Close your browser before turning the screen off. Your "content" will show back up as soon as you open Safari.
