It could be that the person at the other end of the line never hung up, very long ago. Or it could be a phone that cannot be updated to work in a "modern" network, like not having a dial so you have to tell the operator whom you want to be connected to.

lol people make comments about other peoples phone because their egos are wasted on 1000$ iphones to be ":I got the coolest phone..." person on their city block, when a Nokia 105 would suffice for all their needs .
