Solved! How to load windows xp onto flat drive from only coa

I see laptops for sale on Ebay that say the hard drive has been formatted, no OS installed but they include an XP Pro COA. So is there a way to install the OS with no disk?

NO, you need a OEM disk that corresponds to the same version on the COA, then you might get lucky enough to activate it if you call MS.
