How to make AUTOSHUTDOWN batch file, when Mouse/Kb are disconnected

Help,

somebody teach me how to make AUTOSHUTDOWN batch file.

function of the batch file,

if the keyboard or mouse will disconnect to my Computer,
the batch file will start automatically.
but if the Kb/mouse will connected again, it will aborted automatically.

i need this software/program badly, please somebody can help me.

The computer does not necessary knows when the keyboard or mouse are disconnected (especially if they are of PS/2 style), so what you are looking for might not exist.

Amd - edit your post and remove your e-mail.
