how to move apps from virtual sd card to external sd card

I have a Q8H Quadcore-A33 Android tablet running Android 4.4.2.
Before I installed an external sd card I moved as many apps as possible to its virtual sd card. Now that I have an actual physical sd card in the slot and mounted, how do I move these apps to the actual sd card and free up the internal memory?

just Check up Setting>>Apps>>%app info%
if the option doesn't exist there then download app2sd if your phone is not rooted
and if It is rooted then the best app is App2SD by Vicky Bonick
