how to oc

i am having HP Compaq 510
i have not done any changes it has become very slow i am going to buy new pc but can you tell me how to OC anything in my laptop

Overclocking your HP Compaq 510 is nearly impossible and even if possible, the gains in performance would be minimal. I would suggest not even bothering with trying to OC your system. The system is not designed to OC (particularly from a heat and power stand point), nor does the BIOS provide any options to OC (most OEM systems do not support OCing).

Instead, start looking at what you want your new system to be capable of and start the search for it.
