I haven't found it (yet?) Where can i read how to unlock a P2?? I've heard that's it impossible from some and from someothers that it's possible....????

If you can't make it good, make it look good

Some of the earlier P2's came factory unlocked (before intel realised how easy it was to overclock). For example I have a p2 233 and a p2 300 that are both multiplier unlocked, yet my p2 350 is locked. I think it may be all the ones with the Klamath that are unlocked and the later Deschutes core that is locked. However, the ones that are locked Cannot be unlocked AFAIK.

Okay 🙁 That's sad to hear... The way I heard was to brake a connection on one of the connectors in the slot... but okay... Sad to hear...

Oooo, you may be right. I was only thinking of the 'normal' ways of unlocking. Ive never heard of that before so perhaps you CAn unlock p2's. Well just have to see whether anyonme else can verify this. In the mean time ill have a look on the net.

I heard about some german guys doing that a while ago, they bought slower p2's and sold them for more as faster ones.. But I dont remember where I saw that. A good search should turn it up.
