How to play cd on acer

I have a new acer laptop ,have just tried to put in my disk with photos on but the hole is to small for the spindle in the tray of cd drive.

the hole on the CD is not too small for the spindle in the tray. you must ppress it in so that the disc is snug with the spindle, similar to how you have to press a CD to snap it securely in a plastic case.

if someone's never used a laptop ODD before it's possible they wouldn't know a disc has to be pressed onto the spindle.

Don't feel bad, I had the same problem the first time I used a laptop back in the 90's. At least you had the intelligence to ask !!!
