How to put cover art inbedded in a mp3

How do you put album art inside a mp3 file?

I knew, the cover art is downloaded dynamically by WMP when you open the file. It looks for the details online and if found puts it in.

But after a little googling (which you could have done as well )... I found this:

Best software to do it is Mp3tag. You can edit everything in the sound file like artist, album name, album art, perform it in batch and also supports many formats..
