How to put voice through a program that might make it higher, lower, distroted, ect and into a game.

I wanted to use my mic through games, but make it sound distorted, for some reason only i can explain, so i need to know how to put the mic through a program on my computer and output it into a game like CSGO. is there any way?

Hi, if you are already using your mic through your PC, then you can find loads of free microphone voice effects software on the web. That's the first place i would start. At least then you can see which one works best for you.
