how to pute missing driver on hardisk hdd

after format hdd working hardrive on pc ,,,,,,, dvr shows......hdd no driver

Need more details here, exactly what did you do, on what systems and what is happening. Full error messages, with details. If you format a drive, it has nothing on it, where are you trying to use it? A DVR box? You can't just put a driver on for a DVR, you need to check with the vendor what hard drive you need for it and how it needs to be setup.
