How to remove a vertical line on my Acer Aspire e1-570 laptop screen

The line that you're getting on the LCD can be a hardware related concern. Do run some of these test to identify the issue.
- Start by connecting an external monitor and see if you'll get the same line on it.
- If it doesn't appear on the external monitor that means it's the built in display that is faulty. Do check the ribbon cable that connects the LCD to the motherboard if it's seated properly.
- If the same line will appear of the external monitor that could also mean it's a GPU issue.
- Do try a clean install of the graphics card driver.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the graphics card driver.
- Check Programs and Features as well and uninstall anything related to your graphics card.
