How to remove Adwingate?

I'm trying to remove Adwingate from an associates computer. I've tried malware bytes, adwcleaner, avg and mcAfee but no luck. Any help with this is greatly appreciated

boot in safe mode or download the programs and reboot in safe mode :

bleepingcomputer.com

==> roguekiller
==> combofix (if windows 7 / xp)

==> JRT
==> hitman pro 64 , use 30day trial.
