how to remove content push

Hello so i downloaded this software and it contained the content push virus and when i googled it all said to install spyhacker (not sure) and when i did it searches everything but cant delete them .. We need to register and currently i cant do that ... So can anyone suggest me a free software or a way to get rid of it ?

I would try Spybot S&D: https/www.safer-networking.org/dl/
Then after that, run malwarebytes: https/www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download/
Then after that run Tred micro's housecall: http/housecall.trendmicro.com/

That is what I would do before trying someone's remove code that someone has posted. Which I would have to be pretty desperate to do so.
