How to remove laptop battery?

Hello! my battery dies super fast and it says my battery health is at 34% so I ordered a new battery but I cant get the old battery out. The clips look broken. How would I remove it?

i just charge my battery to 95% and then remove it... since i use my laptop on a table most of the time... and when gaming , i make sure i remove it... i have seen temps drop a little when battery is removed while gaming as more circulation occurs.

Not much you can do there if the clips are broken, you would need to find a way to move the latch over, see if you have a bent something that will fit there and slide it.
