How to remove my real name registred as user from YouTube URL?

Always that someone click in my Youtube Channel, he see my full personal name (youtube/user/MyFullPersonalName/etc/etc) but, actually, I want that he see my personalized channel name (youtube/c/PersonalizedChannelName/etc/etc). Is possible change it, How?

If not, is possible to occult my user URL name of some another way??
