Solved! How to remove the pink line at the top of the laptop screen?

I have a pink line almost at the very top of my desktop. How do I remove this?

Probably, you don't. It's likely an issue with the panel itself.

You can however make sure you have the latest graphics drivers installed from the Nvidia, Intel or AMD websites, whichever type of display adapter you have.

Is that line there even when the system is booting up BEFORE it gets to the windows environment, like, during the POST and boot processes?
