How to repair toshiba satellite laptop

I have a Toshiba Satellite C6550-s5200,it has been working great,then all of a sudden it went wild.It started running thru saying deleting index then lots of numbers.After a day of that it says reinstalling #'s.Now all I can get is turn on goes to Windows;immediately shows Toshiba Innovation.it goes back forth with the same two pages nothing else,tell me what you think,one said it was hard drive what do ya think?
