Question How to reset a Vulcan Windows 8 Tablet

I have a Vulcan Windows 8 tablet that I'm looking to sell. But I'm trying to reset it, and I don't think it can be done. I can get it to boot up the Windows 8 repair or the bios startup screens. But I can't do a restore to factory defaults like I can with an Android tablet. I can't update it to Windows 10. I don't know if there is method using Linux where I can just wipe it clean, and sell it as a blank system. I can't sell it right now where the Windows 8 screen pops up with my email address and asking for a password.

try reinstalling windows freshly by using the media creation tool of Microsoft and a USB flash drive. Boot from this USB drive.
