How to reset my RoHS netbook

I turned it on and the screen is blank trying to reset

With volume control:

> Set the volume into the maximum level by clicking the control up while holding the power button for about 50 seconds to trigger out the factory reset window.
> Then release
> Select the factory reset by clicking the volume up
> Then continue the process until you finished
