We do not and that's why I always explain that if we knew how to do it and we told you, all the thieves who steal laptops, Macs, mobiles and tablets would read it here and know how to do it as well. Good for their business but bad for those of us who had them stolen.

Go to the Apple store or to a professional PC fixer, prove ownership and they will help if they can.
