How to restart a non-removable battery laptop. Specifically Asus Tp300l

I am assuming you mean 'hard restart'.

Well, all batteries are removable, just some are way more of a pain to remove than others. Plus if the device is under warranty, then opening it up would void that.

If you are under warranty, or you don't feel comfortable opening it up yourself, you may well just have to wait until the battery runs out of power.
