how to restore a toshiba satellite C675 - S7200 laptop to factory settings

I could try to use the zero key method I guess but that is a guess. Every time I enter the model of my laptop, C675 - S7200, results say "none" or "did you mean" this or that. No I meant what I entered. What is up? <removed by moderator>
