Need full specs of the system not just the memory amount. Did you already try running it in low settings with maybe dropping the resolution also? Does it run? If it runs but is slow, only thing you can do is either keep dropping quality and resolution or try upgrading system to 8 GB of RAM which may help you a bit.

If you are on a laptop it's most likely using the built-in Intel graphics which are not listed as compatible.
