Solved! how to set up optical cable on Hisense tv

I have an older Hisense HD tv. I just got a new roku streambar however my tv does not have a HDMI ARC port nor does it have a port that I can find for the optical cable. It seems it just has HDMI ports. How can I make the Stream bar work?
