How to setup two more speakers?

I'm watching everything from my PC. Is the PC can give me output to my soundbar and TV? PC + TV +soundbar-i need 2 more speakers, how to set up this configuration?

That will depend on what your sound output is. What make and model of motherboard do you have?
Also, I suspect it's more common to connect PC output to the TV and the soundbar to the TV. What make and model of TV is it?
