How to setup

I have just bought 3 RCA voyagers. All turned on and set up normally except one. When you click language and try to set up a voice is only saying the name of what you click on. What do I do?

If this is a new device and is not functioning correctly, take it back and have them give you one that is working properly. No new device should give you problems.
