how to stop burning smell from laptop from my hp laptop

my hp pavillion r014TX laptop staRted giving burning smell, while gaming for over an hour on the bed. the light smell keeps coming always while i use after that day. though havent used a lot. is there any big problem?,and how to stop the smell?

make sure your not blocking the vent with the blanket around you. It needs to be on something hard that doesn't block the venting. beds and blankets are laptop killers.
