How to take a good clear photo of bottle mineral water? I totally had no idea about this.

Place the camera on a tripod. Use a small aperture (high f number) and try a few different angles.

For added effect, chill the bottles water and then place it on the table. Let a few drops of condensation drip down. This will convey the idea of cool chilled bottled water. Multiple light sources will create a nice 'star' effect.
