How to transfer from Sd card in phone back to were they originally were

Phone asked me to transfer apps to sd card.. So i did.. Now none of my apps work.. How do i retrieve them.. Back to their oroginal working order back on my phone.. No more working video games, social media, etc

Have you tried going into.... "Settings" and then "Apps". Next go to the "All" apps tab. From here you can click on the individual apps you have moved and it should give you the option to move them back.

However, if the SD card was made "Internal" storage, instead of the standard "External" storage, or if the phone has been rooted, then this may not work.

Thanks.. Not sure if its rooted.. All i know is it doesn't give the options in settings.. And i took the phone to a kiosk.. As well and he also couldn't get it to transfer back.. So i figure i need to connect to a computer and find a program that let's me transfer there.. Then back on to my phone.. that's what was suggested.. Anyone know of such program?
