How to transfer photos from my Motorola droid ultra

My droid ultra doesn't have a removable battery nor an SD card so I am wondering if I cannot turn my phone on at all can I do this somehow?

If it works on mains electric power, it should pick up enough power from your PC through a USB cable and that should allow you to transfer the data.
