how to transfer pictures form samsung galaxy s6 that can't be turned on

Phone decided to automatically turn off and on by its self. I need to get pictures off of it, but is there a way to do so with it off and plugged into my computer?

If you can't turn it on, only way to get anything from the phone is if the pictures were stored on an SD card you can remove.
