how to transfer pictures from one SD card to another using a cell phone

So I'm trying to move pictures from one SD card to another using a cell phone I dnt want to put the old SD card in my phone because it's a fake SD card is there any way to do it besides Bluetooth

Hello,

There are some ways to do that... but can you give me information about your phones models?
If you got a computer... work with it! Connect the old phone -> Copy your files and pictures -> Connect new phone and put them in!
Also you can make a backup
