How to turn off auto-snap?

Whenever I try to delete a file a diologe appears "Are you sure you want to delete this file?".And my mouse just teleports onto "No", and sometimes causing me to click it.It's really annoying, how do I turn it off?

Hi,

Do follow these steps that would solve that issue.
- Go to Control Panel and look for Mouse.
- In Mouse Properties click on Pointer Options tab
- Remove the check under Snap to "Automatically move pointer to the default button in a dialog box"
- Click Apply and OK.
