This is a very flawed computer. When you see a ridiculous answer like “press the power button” - not helpful! Don’t waste time giving rude answers. I have this computer and it’s been nothing but problems. I can’t believe in the year 2019, my old computer runs smoother. There are no directions on the many ways to press the power button. I called and he gave me all these ways I’m supposed to press it. I’d get rid of it and get a different brand. I’m going back to Toshiba.
