I am not sure I understand what you are asking.... Are you saying the device won't turn on and you are not sure how to turn it on?

Are you sure it is charged? I would check to make sure the cord is working. Test it on another device to make sure that isn't the problem. If it works fine then it may be your battery. I know those are hard to get to on a tablet.

If your tablet is new, and under warranty still, I would suggest contacting your manufacturer and see if it can be repaired or replaced.
