How to undo something I did on my phone

I moved pictures from SD card to internal memory of my phone and I wanted to undo it if possible

You should be able to move them using the phones file manager system and move them back to the SD card. You may also want to set up the app(s) you use to make them (camera, etc.) or download them with to save them directly to the card. That would be done in the individual apps settings.

Now, note, using the phones file manager can take a while to move all the files. Usually it won't allow moving all at once. If that is the case, you may want to connect the phone to a computer, via USB cord, and move all the photos to an empty folder on the computer, then (while still connected via USB cord) move them over to the SD card. Doing it this way can move all at once. It would also give you an opportunity to save them to to the computer as a back.
