How to unlock memory card

Hello,
My son tried to put the memory card from my cannon into the wii and now the card is locked and I cant unlock it! Help!

If it's an SD card (and it probably is) check whether you can see a very small lever on the card and try changing its position -- if there it actually enables and disables write protection. However, more likely the Wii has corrupted the card.

So then try putting the card in a USB card reader or a computer with a card slot and see if you can download the pictures from it.

You may then have to reformat the card in the Canon and will lose any pictures on it.
